I’m sorry to one and all that I seem to have abandoned the blog but after a sudden short illness my good friend Linda died and I felt robbed of words. Today was the day of her funeral. It was moving and colourful. We had instructions to wear her favourite colours of pink, purple and turquoise and the ‘Tea Party’ wake was decorated with pom poms, woolly garlands and rag-rugged table settings created with Linda’s stash of crafty goodies. It was a wonderful tribute to a much loved special woman. Her family had included everyone and together with her closest friends made today a fitting, personal commemoration to Linda. We will miss her but we will never forget her.
